This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the PLENET Terms of Service (the “Terms of Services”). To provide you with in-game offers and rewards based on your in-game behaviors

(E) Automated Data Collection
We or the Service Providers acting on our behalf, such as Google Analytics, may store log files and use tracking technologies such as Cookies, web beacons and/or tracking pixels.
We may collect certain information automatically by using such technologies through our Services or other methods of web analysis, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, cookie identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, your mobile device’s identifiers like your Identifier For Advertising (IDFA), Advertising ID, Game Center ID, the type of computer or mobile device you are using, your device's operating system, version, model, hardware type and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your computer or device when you access the Internet, browser type and language, hardware type, operating system, Internet service provider, pages that you visit before and after using the Services, the date and time of your visit, the amount of time you spend on each page, information about the links you click and pages you view within the Services and other actions taken through use of the Services such as preferences.
In some cases, we will connect this information with your social network ID, Device ID, Game Center ID or Advertising ID.

3. Ad Networks

PLENET may feature advertising within the Services. The advertisers may collect and use information about you such as:
performance and game contextual data like your games session activity;
aggregated and/or de-identified information that is not intended to specifically identify a user; and
technical information such as device identifier, Advertising ID, and IP address.
Ad Networks may use this information to provide interest-based or targeted advertisements to you.

4. Send Push Notifications

PLENET may occasionally use push notifications through ‘PLENET’ mobile applications to send you game updates, high scores and other Services-related notifications that may be important to you. You may at any time opt out from receiving these types of communications by turning them off at the device level through your settings.

5. Provide Services via Mobile Devices

From time to time, we may provide Services that are specifically designed to be compatible and used on mobile devices. We will collect certain information that your mobile device sends when you use such Services, like a device identifier, user settings, location information, mobile carrier and the operating system of your device. Mobile versions of our Games may require that users log in with an account. In such cases, information about use of mobile versions of our Games may be associated with accounts.

6. Advertising

Our games are included with third party advertising for their products and services. We and our partners use your information to improve advertising and targeting to measure the relevant third party ads to show in our games. Information we may have about you such as: ad identifiers and other non-personal information collected from your device, how you interact with our game and Services the game play information, your age, country or region, and gender, and other information collected from third parties with legal right to share it with us are used to make sure that you only see ads from us that might be of interest to you.
Advertising Partners
Non-personal identifiers and other information collected from your device when you play our games or use our Services are shared with advertising partners in order to technically deliver the ads to your device. Such information may be combined with collected information of our advertising partners own to serve you with more relevant ads and to enhance the accuracy of their targeting. Ad Identifiers
We use ad identifiers that are non-permanent, non-personal identifiers such as the Android and/or Apple’s ID for advertising associated with your device, and similar technologies such as tracking pixels within ads to provide interest-based advertising. These technologies enable us and our third party advertising partners to recognize you and your device, allow our Services to interact with a third party social network or platform and help our payment processors to work it out your payment instructions.
How to reset your preferences for advertising
You may reset your ad identifier being used for interest-based advertising by changing the settings of your device usually found under “privacy” or “ads”. 7. Your Rights and Controls

Right of Access
If you wish to know which information we collect and hold about you, please contact us so we can verify your identity to provide you with requested information. If the information holds personal information about someone else, we may not allow giving all the information asked for.
Information Correctness
If there is any information we hold about you that you would like to correct, please let us know by sending an inquiry, we will make corrections as soon as possible.
Data Deletion
If you wish to delete any information about you, please contact us knowing that in order to complete the process you must delete our games from your mobile devices. There may be some information we will be still holding for other purposes such as protecting legal rights or maintaining financial records and marketing suppression lists. Any anonymized form that holds of your information may be retained as well.
Account Deactivation
You can deactivate your account you created in our game by contacting us. Please note that we may ask you about other information such as your mobile device information and once it is completely deactivated your unspent virtual items may not be remained.
Data Portability
You have the right to request the data provided to us to be transferred to another data controller in some circumstances.
Restriction of Processing
You may request a restriction of the processing of your data in some circumstances.
Right to Object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data unless we indicate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which ignores the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Direct Marketing Opt Out
Please follow the opt out link if you would like to receive direct marketing communications from us. If you choose to receive more than one type of marketing communications, you may need to opt out of all of them individually. A few days might take for our records to be effectively updated.

8. Rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, and Restriction

You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of Personal Information or restriction of processing, the right to object and the right to data portability.
The general right to object applies to all types of processing described in this Privacy Policy. Unlike the right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we are only obliged to follow an objection if you state specific grounds relating to your particular situation.

Please include your full name, user identifier, the email address associated with your account and a detailed description of your data request. Although PLENET makes good faith efforts to provide Individuals with access to their Personal Information, there may be circumstances in which PLENET is unable to provide access, including but not limited to when the information contains legal privilege, would compromise others’ privacy or other legitimate rights, when the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the Individual’s privacy in the case in question or when it is commercially proprietary. If PLENET determines that access should be restricted in any particular instance, we will provide you with an explanation of why that determination has been made and a contact point for any further inquiries. To protect your privacy, PLENET shall take commercially reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to or making any changes to your Personal Information.

9. Security of Your Information

The Personal Information that you provide to PLENET is stored on servers that are located in secured facilities and protected by protocols and procedures designed to ensure industry-standard security of such information, such as firewalls and data encryption. However, no server, computer or communications network or system or data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while PLENET strives to protect your information, PLENET cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to PLENET or through the Services.
By using the Services or providing Personal Information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security privacy, and administrative issues related to your use of the Services. If we learn of a security system’s breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Services or sending an e-mail to you or via push notification.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and PLENET does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13.  If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions in the European Union) who uses our games, please contact us.  We will delete your child’s Personal Information if we are able to identify your child unless you provide us with your verifiable consent for your child to continue to use our games.

In case PLENET provides services to users in foreign countries, PLENET shall protect users’ privacy right in accordance with applicable laws including GDPR. In case GDPR applies to you, in addition to the rights stipulated in the section 7 (Your Rights and Controls) of this Privacy Policy, you have rights to (1) request your personal information be transferred to another manager, (2) refuse the processing of your information, (3) file a complaint with data privacy protection authorities, and (4) any other ensured rights under the DGPR.
PLENETmay use personal information for marketing purposes such as event promotion or advertisements subject to prior agreement by you and you may withdraw the agreement at any time if you do not want it. You may contact the Customer Service of any request related to your rights under GDPR through phone, email or any contact method. The request will be handled in a proper and timely manner.
